Delivery Informations

We at the Decking Superstore following receipt of your order will confirm your delivery date within 24 Working hours of the received order by email.
All products will be delivered by dedicated vehicle or national transportation company suitably packaged and protected for the journey.

If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch you can do this by contacting us by telephone or email.

Upon receipt of and in the unlikely event of damage to the product upon arrival please contact us immediately for investigation and remedial action , we will not be liable for any costs incurred over and above replacement of the products.

We will be advising you of the delivery date, our normal delivery window is between 08.30 and 17.00 hours, in the event that the designated transport cannot deliver the products due to circumstances in your control a redelivery fee of £25 per pallet will be charged . |
| Complete refusals or returns back to source through no fault of our own we reserve the right to charge 100% of the delivery charge. We can also offer timed delivery slots at an additional charge, please contact us for details .

We do aim to offer accurate delivery prices within our automated system , in the event that your post code is not listed please contact us for an accurate delivery price as our system will automatically give you an inaccurate default delivery price which is not representative of our charges.
We accept Major credit cards with a 2% transaction fee no charge for debit cards

It is the customers responsibility for the safe unloading and we shall not be liable for any damage caused during offloading .

Composite boards are quite long and heavy therefore
It is the customers responsibility for the safe offloading of the goods, where mechanical offloading equipment is unavailable or unsuitable it's the buyers responsibility to offer assistance with the manual offload . |
| In the unlikely event that you would need to return the product to us and failed collection takes place due to circumstances out of our control we reserve the right to deduct any collection fees as tabled above as imposed by the carrier.

In the unlikely event of a return we will coordinate a collection day with yourself, all goods must be in the original packaging and in unused condition.
